At Pole Fitness Kingston, we are thrilled to welcome new clients to our inclusive and empowering community! Our Intro Drop-In classes are designed to give beginners a fun, supportive introduction to pole fitness — with a strong focus on movement, strength, and body awareness. Please read the following before registering for your first class:
This is a fitness-based class. While we love to celebrate movement and expression, our drop-in classes are structured lead classes, not party events. If you are looking to book a party for your group, please contact us.
Arrive sober and ready to move. For your safety and the safety of others, attendees must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Anyone arriving intoxicated will be asked to leave immediately and may forfeit future bookings.
Wear appropriate workout attire that allows for movement and skin contact with the pole (e.g., shorts and a tank top).
Bring water, and a positive attitude! You don’t need any prior experience — just a willingness to try something new and respect the studio space.
We’re here to cheer you on, help you build strength, and support your pole journey every step of the way. Let’s keep the space safe, supportive, and focused on fitness for all.
For the safety of our community, due to recent theft issues, we will be locking the front door 10 minutes after scheduled class time has begun. (This is already the cut-off time to join a class as warm up is required for safety. The front door will be open with 15 minutes of class time remaining to welcome the following class. Please note these changes and time your arrival to the studio and from the studio accordingly.
*If there are less than 5 students enrolled in a class, it will be cancelled and students will be notified by email.
